O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner to construct compound wall around his "Narayanaswamy Madalayam" property in S.No.326/1, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 19.08.2024.

2.It is seen from the records that they have enclosed the summons issued by the Surveyor Manamadurai Taluk and based on the representation received from the Assistant Engineer Irrigation Department, Manamadurai Sivagangai District and also the village people, Keelapasalai and Melapasalai and one individual Vinoth. It is evident from the records that there existed some disputes with regard to the construction of the compound wall, but the petitioner, by suppressing the same, has filed the petition as if seeks police protection for constructing the wall. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. 2/4
