ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue the look out circular as against the fourth respondent, till the disposal of the case in Crime No.296 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police station by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2024.
2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.296 of 2024 on 03.07.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 352, 355 and 506(1) IPC.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent borrowed a sum of Rs.30 lakhs from the 2/4
petitioner and now is taking steps to go abroad.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that investigation is pending in Crime No.296 of 2024.
5. Considering the nature of the offence alleged and also the fact that FIR was registered on 03.07.2024, the question of directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue lookout circular at this stage does not arise at all.
