Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

2. The revision petitioner is figuring as the second defendant in O.S.No. 79 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Manamadurai. The learned counsel for 2/4

the petitioner asserts that all the defendants have been served and that the issues have been framed and the matter is being adjourned from time to time for trial. The trial is yet to commence. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the work load is not that heavy in the court below.

3. Taking into account the said submission, I direct the learned Sub Judge, Manamadurai to dispose of O.S.No.79 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight months from the next hearing date.
