RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition No.10 (III) imposed in the order dated. 29.08.2022 in Crl.MP.(MD) No.8554/2022 in Crl.RC.(MD) No.693/2022. PRAYER IN Crl.R.C.(MD)No.693 of 2022 :

To call for the records and set-aside the order of conviction inflicted as against the petitioner passed in C.C.No.32 of 2013 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District dated 09.01.2018, confirming the said order passed by the Learned Principal District and Session Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in C.A.No.13 of 2018 dated 17.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RADHAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, while admitting the Crl.R.C. the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 29.08.2022 in Crl.M.P. CRL MP(MD) No.11708 of 2022 2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition before the trial Court regularly.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required by the trial Court.
