respondents, 1, 3 and 4 herein from allowing the 5th respondent herein to illegally trespass into the petitioner's patta land vide Patta No.852 in S.No.87/5A situated at Poovanthi Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District and causing damage to his property till the final orders passed in EA No.137/2013 in EA No.129 of 2011 in EP No.9 of 2009 in OS No.44 of 1999 on the file of Sub Court, Sivagangai and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 herein to take necessary action against complaint of the petitioner dated 25.02.2015 for illegal trespass and causing damage to the petitioner's patta land within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court. None appears for the petitioner. The case is posted under the caption "for dismissal" today ie., 06.07.2023. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.The petitioner filed this writ petition apprehending trespass at the hands of the fifth respondent. In the writ prayer itself, there is reference 2/4

to civil proceedings. The writ petition was filed eight years ago. If the petitioner is still having any subsisting grievance, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court again.
