RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.15547/2022 dated.26/08/2022 directing the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, Natham Police Station instead of the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUKUMAR V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15447 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022 directing the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, Natham Police Station instead of the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.
