ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry in CSR No.125 of 2024 on 21.02.2024 on the file of the second respondent and dispose the writ petitioner's complaint within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.125 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed on 02.06.2024. 2/4

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The writ petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court. No costs.
