O R D E R

The decree holder in R.C.O.P.No.63 of 2018 has filed this Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of E.P.No.20 of 2022 in R.C.O.P.No.63 of 2018 within a reasonable time. 1/4

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent/tenant is having arrears of rent to the tune of Rs.6,60,000/-. RCOP No.63 of 2018 filed in the year 2018 was also ordered on 13.04.2022. The respondent has not filed any appeal as against the order passed in RCOP proceedings. The petitioner has filed E.P.No. 20 of 2022. On 29.06.2022, the respondent has also entered appearance through his counsel and sought time for filing counter, in order to evade payment of arrears of rent.

3.Though notice was served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent.

4.This Court, satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the quantum of arrears of rent, is inclined to allow this Civil Revision Petition, with a direction to the trial Court to complete the proceedings in E.P.No.20 of 2022 in R.C.O.P.No.63 of 2018 within a period of four 2/4

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
