O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.26 of 2021 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni.

2. The defacto complainant is present in person before this Court. She has been duly identified by M/s.K.Nagajothi, Gr.I 332, attached to Aundipatti Police Station, Theni. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18603 of 2021 petitioners who are the parents of the first petitioner informed the Court that the first petitioner is presently residing with the defacto complainant in her house. Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned proceedings alive. The parties have also filed a joint compromise memo 19.04.2021. It shall form part of this order. The impugned proceedings are quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
