ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate for the third respondent.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to commence the construction of Waste Water channel in the third respondent Town under the scheme of Namakku Naame Thittam (NNT) in pursuance to work order issued by third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.855-2/2023, dated 12.09.2024 and also by considering petitioner's 2/5

representation, dated 11.11.2024 and 29.05.2025.

3. It is informed by the learned Government Advocate for the third respondent that the petitioner's representation, dated 11.11.2024 and 29.05.2025 for commencement of construction of waste water channel under the Namakku Name Thittam (NNT) in pursuance of the work order issued by the third respondent in his proceedings dated 12.09.2024 bearing reference in Na.Ka.No. 855-2/2023, will be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the same, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders and take action under the aforesaid Scheme based on the petitioner's representations, dated 11.11.2024 and 29.05.2025.
