ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for his life at the hands of the third respondent on basis of his representation dated 22.08.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.133 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, they came to know that there existed civil dispute between the parties and hence, the same was ordered to be closed directing the parties to approach the competent civil Court.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil Court, if so advised.
