Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.796 of 2018 Sa.Pa.No.1 dated 06.08.2019 on the file of the respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner in any other co-operative Housing Societies in Tamil Nadu or to provide alternate job in any other Government Departments to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.
