O R D E R

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forebear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the third respondent/Manikandan had given a complaint against the petitioner on 03.03.2020. It is also seen that the marriage between the petitioner and the third respondent had already been dissolved. However, the maintenance case filed by the petitioner against the third respondent is still pending. According to the petitioner's counsel, to compel the petitioner to make her to enter into some kind of settlement, the third respondent had given the complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the the complaint of the third respondent has since been closed on 15.11.2021.
