PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to take appropriate action against the second respondent/Sub-Registrar, Bodinayakkanur based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2024.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action against the second respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2024. 2.Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up final disposal.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that the son of the petitioner had executed four general power of attorney deeds dated 22.04.2024. When the petitioner presented the said general power of attorney deeds for registration, three deeds were registered and one of the deeds was refused to be registered. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that all the four documents were registered 2/4

in the month of June, 2024 itself and if the petitioner appears in person before the second respondent, the same will be released forthwith. 5.Recording the afore stated submission, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner shall appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the registered document shall be released immediately to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
