JUDGMENT

This appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 27.02.2018, passed in A.S.No.28 of 2011 by the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli, confirming the judgment and decree dated 1/4

23.11.2010, passed in O.S.No.298 of 2005, by the learned I Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.02.2025, this Court directed to be issued notice to the respondents, returnable by 07.03.2025 and to pay Batta within 3 working days. But, as per the order of this Court dated 24.02.2025, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has not paid Batta within 3 working days. 3.In view of the non payment of the Batta within 3 working days, this second appeal is dismissed.
