ORDER

There is dispute among the villagers of Elluvilai, Sattuvanthoppu, Karavilai & Pillaiyarvilai regarding their respective boundaries. This is a matter that can be decided only by the District Collector, Kanyakumari.

2. It is seen that the contesting parties have already submitted their representation before the District Collector of Kanyakumari. 2/4

3. The District Collector, Kanyakumari shall conduct a detailed enquiry based on the available records and pass appropriate order demarcating their respective boundaries. This exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
