This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur to consider the bail application of the petitioner in Crime No.271 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent Police on the same date of surrender and dispose of the same on its merits in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,04.09.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
