PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 2nd respondent to produce the person or body of the detenue/petitioner's daughter namely Dhivya, D/o.S.Subramanian aged about 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue. The detenue was produced before us. She is aged about 20 years. She has married the fourth respondent. She is now living with him. We are satisfied that this is not a case of illegal custody.
