ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to survey and measure the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.517 at Panchalakurichi Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. The petitioner, in order to survey her land in S.No.517, at Panchalakurichi Village to identify the boundaries had given a request to the respondents, especially, the third respondent, on 11.07.2018. All that the learned counsel for the petitioner wants that, if the said application of the petitioner is decided on merits and needful as directed to be done within a time frame stipulated by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that, the said request of the petitioner dated 11.07.2018 would be decided on merits and needful to be done within a time frame fixed by this Court.

5.Having regard to the said innocuous nature of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and after hearing both sides, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction:

"That the application of the petitioner dated 17.07.2018 to measure the land and identify the boundaries shall be considered by the second respondent and needful shall be done, after giving notice to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
