Respondent Prayer : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 318 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against judgment in S.T.C.No.116 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Pattukottai, dated 29.03.2021 and as confirmed in Crl.A.No.98 of 2021 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukottai, dated 10.04.2023.

ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 318 days in filing of the above Criminal Revision Case.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two days from today (i.e., 02.07.2025), failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court.

4.The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case and list on 07.07.2025 for admission.
