ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.29106 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 wherein this Court had directed the Transport Corporation to confer eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner along with interest of 6% pa. 2.The proceedings have been issued by Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Tirunelveli) Limited on 27.08.2025 disbursing difference in gratuity and earned leave. However, Dearness Allowance on pension of arrears to the serving employee has not been disbursed. 3.Preserving the rights of the writ petitioner to ventilate his grievance over non-disbursed portion, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs. 19.09.2025.
