ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to transfer the investigation from third respondent office to the second respondent office for conducting fair and impartial investigation in Crime No.88 of 2024 and to direct the second respondent to file periodic reporting to this Court on the progress made in the investigation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that at the instigation of the petitioner's wife, more than 11 persons had entered into the house of the petitioner and attacked him and hence, he has preferred a complaint but FIR came to be registered in Crime No.88 of 2024 against only two persons for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 448, 427, 323 and 506(1) IPC.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent, after 2/4

completing the investigation, has filed the final report for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 448, 427, 323 and 506(1) IPC.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court, if so advised.
