2. The petitioner was permitted vide G.O.Ms.No.854, Public Works (N2) Department, dated 01.06.1993 to draw water from cauvery. Subsequently, the petitioner was denied the benefit of the said G.O.

3. In view of this subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication. The Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
