The petitioner has challenged the impugned order, dated 24.12.2014, passed by the first respondent.

2.The disciplinary proceedings is initiated under Rule 3 (a) and the Tamil Nadu Police Subordinate Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1955. The Government has passed G.O.(Ms).No.559, Home (Police VI) Department, dated 07.12.2021, wherein the Government has formulated the scheme to withdraw punishments initiated under Section 3 (a).

3.Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with the said G.O. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
