Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the money dispute between the petitioner and her friends.

ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the money dispute between the petitioner and her friends. 1/4

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has not been harassed by the second respondent; that she was called for an enquiry based on the complaint given by one Lekharani and Priya; that the above enquiry would be completed within a period of one week by following the dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of U.P and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conclude the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
