ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the money dispute between the petitioner and her friends. 1/4

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has not been harassed by the second respondent; that she was called for an enquiry based on the complaint given by one Lekharani and Priya; that the above enquiry would be completed within a period of one week by following the dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of U.P and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conclude the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
