ORDER
The petitioner is a tenant and he is having some issues with his land-lord and therefore, he has lodged a complaint on 04.10.2024 and has also filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to take action on his complaint.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.487 of 2024 and it was closed.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
