This writ petition is filed challenging the auction notification of the year 2015.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submit that the period of auction notification itself is over and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
