ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Vadivelu , Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side).
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 05.08.2024 onwards. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would further submit that the investigation has been completed and final report is not yet filed before the concerned Court. 3.Considering the above said submission this court is of the view that it is a fit case to modify the condition and hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in a month (i.e) on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
