ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 18.06.2025 to issue death certificate to the petitioners grandfather who died on 27.11.2000.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.06.2025, and pass orders after conducting an enquiry in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit all the relevant documents before the respondents. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
