Mr.S.Alagusundar, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension.

2.Pending this Writ Petition, the petitioner's suspension order was revoked and arrear amount has also been paid to him and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
