ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 507 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent police

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.507 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent police on the ground that during pendency of this case, the Petitioners herein, who are arrayed as accused and the De-facto 2/4

Complainant had arrived at a compromise. A Joint Compromise Memo is also filed along with this Petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondent Police identified the parties in the joint compromise memo and submitted that first Petitioner is having two previous cases, second Petitioner is having one previous case, third Petitioner is having two previous cases and no previous case is pending against the Petitioners 4 to 7 and he has no objection to quash the First Information Report by recording compromise.

4.In the light of the Joint Compromise Memo, this Petition is allowed and the proceedings in First Information Report in Crime No. 507 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent police is quashed.
