Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.This criminal original petition has been filed by one Samsudeen seeking grant of adequate police protection. 3.Ms.Jaishree, Sub Inspector of Police attached to Annavasal police station is present in person before me. A video taken by the petitioner in which the third respondent is seen misbehaving in an improper manner was also shown to the Sub Inspector of Police. The Sub Inspector of Police states that CSR number has already been issued in this case and she will issue summons to respondents 3 to 5 and take an undertaking from them that they will conduct themselves properly. Respondents 3 to 5 through their counsel give an undertaking that they would keep away from the petitioner's family.
