PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2025 and to ensure the peaceful conduct of the Mulaipari Festival at Sri Valavanthan Amman Temple, situated in Pandamangalam Village,

Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, scheduled to commence from 03.08.2025, without any interference from the respondents 4 and 5 or their men, under the supervision of the appropriate authorities.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2025 and to ensure the peaceful conduct of the Mulaipari Festival at Sri Valavanthan Amman Temple, situated in Pandamangalam Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, scheduled to commence from 03.08.2025, without any interference from the respondents 4 and 5 or their men, under the supervision of the appropriate authorities.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, directed the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders by tomorrow (ie.,01.08.2025).

3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
