Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the files of the second respondent pertaining to its order No.DGET-19(22)/2012-CD, dated 06.08.2012 and 19/16/2012-CD, dated 27.11.2013 and the consequential order passed by the sixth respondent in Na.Ka.No.4967/A/2014-2, dated 15.05.2014 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue the permanent affiliation already granted to the members of the petitioner and consequently allow the members of the petitioner admit students to next session of the academic years.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an Association, challenging notification, under which, Industrial Training Institutes were directed to renew their affiliation every 4 years, by paying huge sum of money as renewal charges.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said Government Order has already been withdrawn and hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
