ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the issuance of patta issued by the first respondent in favour of the legal heirs of one Virumandi, namely, the respondents 3 to 11.

2.This Court cannot go into the disputed question of facts, since already it was enquired by the first respondent in detail and ordered to issue patta. If at all any grievance as against the said order, the petitioner ought to have approached the civil Court for appropriate relief as per G.O.(Ms)No.409, Revenue SS I(2) Department, dated 02.07.2008.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate civil Court for appropriate relief, if so advised in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
