Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb while doing the repair work in her western side wall through the three feet common lane between the petitioner with the Nalani the third respondent herein in old survey No.19A/1A1A, Lake Mission Street, Manachanallur Village and Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2019 and 22.07.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb while doing the repair work in her western side wall through the three feet common lane between the petitioner with the Nalani the third respondent herein in old survey No.19A/1A1A, Lake Mission Street, Manachanallur Village and taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2019 and 22.07.2019

2. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner the second respondent conducted enquiry. It is also seen that admittedly there is common pathway dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in old survey No.19A/1A1, Lake Mission https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Therefore the second closed the complaint as civil in nature. 3.At this stage, police protection cannot be provided to the petitioner. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner and the third respondent is directed to approach the concerned court for appropriate relief in the manner known to law.
