Learned Counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension and the retention of the services of the writ petitioner beyond the date of retirement. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner was convicted in the criminal case filed against him under the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
