The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,20,000/-, which came to be deposited by the petitioner in pursuance of the directions of this Court, dated 22.12.2023. 1/3

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent may be permitted to withdraw the amount.

3.Considering the above, permission sought for is granted. The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount on giving necessary undertaking before the trial Court.
