The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to the respondent police not to grant permission for conducting cultural programme beyond 10pm as it disturbs the elderly and sick people. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that they have not received any request so far and even if permission is sought, it would be granted with time restrictions.
