2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint directly to the Superintendent of Police and it has been forwarded to the respondent police for enquiry. The 2nd respondent conducted a current paper enquiry and closed it on 27.06.2025 as civil in nature. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is closed.
