ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and the petitioner's civil right over his portion of land in S.No.713/11 to an extent of 2.75 cents situated in Bharathipuram, Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 represented that for the representation given by the petitioner C.S.R.No.100 of 2020 was given and the same was closed as civil in nature and hence the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that the representation of the petitioner was already closed, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
