This writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to provide sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to put forth his claim in the pending enquiry in Na.Ka.No.A2/2390/2020 on the file of the 1st respondent.
2. The petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 are claiming legal heir certificate. Therefore, the 1st respondent is directed to issue notice and grant sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 and 3, thereafter, pass a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above said observation, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
