The wife has filed this petition to secure the body of her husband and produce before this Court.

2.The learned Additional Pulic Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent registered Man Missing FIR in Crime No.411 of 2021. The learned counsel further submitted that the husband was missing from 22.07.2021 onwards and on investigation, it came to light that he is having illegal intimacy with one Shalini.

3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent police to secure the husband of the 2/4

petitioner and to take the statement of the petitioner and her husband and take a decision in accordance with law.
