ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10097 of 2025 dated 25.06.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10097 of 2025 dated 25.06.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
