ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and the members of his family by interfering into the civil dispute without following the due process of law and to take action against him by the first respondent herein on the basis of the petitioner's representation made before the RPAD dated 01.10.2019. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent police has conducted an enquiry and during enquiry, the petitioner and the counter-party appeared and they have settled the dispute among themselves. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14388 of 2019 3.In view of the above submission, police protection cannot be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court to get appropriate relief, in the manner known to law.
