This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.263 of 2019 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has already been filed and cognizance was also take in C.C.No.75 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti. Therefore, this criminal original petition has become infructuous at the very inception.

3.Leaving open the petitioners's rights and remedies, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
