ORDER
After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition but makes a plea that the rights of the writ petitioner may please be preserved for approaching the jurisdictional Tahsildar for the same issue inter alia under Section 10 of the 'Patta Passbook Act 1983' (hereinafter referred to as 'said Act' for the sake of brevity, clarity and convenience).
2.Permitted to withdraw.
3.Instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the right of the writ petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Tahsildar with the same plea inter alia under Section 10 of the said Act along with supporting documents. 4.Though obvious it is made clear that if the writ petitioner approaches the jurisdictional Tahsildar, the application shall be dealt with on its own merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
