The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to permit the petitioner's son to continue his 2nd semester in Diploma in Computer Technology. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the petitioner's son had completed his Diploma in Computer Engineering and he has also been awarded with the Diploma Certificate by the first respondent herein.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
