[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Challenging renewal of FL.2 license granted in RC.No.P & E 2(1)/798/2018 dated 10.10.2018, by the 1st respondent to the 7th respondent's club running at No.3/85A, Oorambu Classic Court Sports Club, Jeyamangalam, Urampu, Kollencode Post, Kanyakumari District, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the renewal of FL.2license period has now expired and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
