(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.) The present miscellaneous petition has been filed to restore W.A(MD) No.1463 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 27.06.2019.

2. Earlier this Court was pleased to condone the delay of 68 days in filing the application to restore the writ appeal. The matter is being represented by a party-in-person. Considering the difficulties of the party-in-person, we are inclined to allow this petition and direct the Registry to restore the writ appeal.

3. Post the matter on 20.04.2022.
